TNOPTT process architects will assist your company in streamlining its business and/or IT processes.  Our process architects will work with your organization to document its “as-is” processes.  Once your company’s “as-is” processes are captured TNOPTT will identify key areas for process improvements and recommend a “to-be” process solution. Upon receiving approval TNOPTT will assign a project manager to plan and manage the transformation effort. We will also assign process subject matter experts to create detailed “to-be” process documents.   A change manager will also be assigned to assure our client that its business environment will stay stable throughout the transformation effort.  
 

Our PM will collaborate with your company’s assigned focal points to plan the deployment of the approved “to-be” transformation processes.  TNOPTT project manager will manage the transformation with little disruption to your daily operational activities. Timely status reporting will be implemented by TNOPTT’s project managers to make sure business stakeholders are well informed throughout the transformation effort.
